WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO

As a child, I would sit for hours at the dining room table, poring over blueprints my father brought home, imagining the homes and buildings he was constructing across Vancouver. At the same time, my mother, a dedicated Realtor, would fill our East Vancouver Special with stacks of real estate listings—books I eagerly flipped through, fascinated by the possibilities each property held.

Growing up in an immigrant family, I witnessed firsthand the values of perseverance, dedication, and service. My parents made countless sacrifices to give me opportunities, and with their support, I graduated from UBC with a focus on Psychology. After gaining experience in non-profit and civil service, I realized my true calling: to fully immerse myself in Vancouver real estate, just as my parents had.

Since 2012, I have built and led an award-winning real estate advisory team, consistently ranking in the top 1% in Vancouver. While accolades are affirming, my greatest reward comes from the impact I make in my clients' lives. There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing the joy on their faces when they finally step into the home they’ve been dreaming of.
